Find the True You

The majority of the people in this world spend the their days in a fog of just being. Being busy, working busy, friends busy, social busy, phone busy, email busy, being a parent busy. Sound familiar?

There was a time in my life where I knew all the above is NOT something that I wanted. I had been searching for answers for 25 years, and one day, one moment, was all I need to start the ball rolling.

I stopped. That act of stopping for a moment in time and deciding that enough was enough was all I needed. I just had to decide that I was not going to be part of the rat race anymore.

I can’t say that my journey to “My Meeting Spot” was overnight. I can’t say how long the journey is going to be. What I do know is that the act of deciding that you are going to stop, then following through the process on a daily basis(as best as we can), is the start.

Your Meeting Spot is where your soul meets your mind. You become aligned. It doesn’t mean that every day is going to be a pile of roses. However, every day is clear. You can remain calm in battle, you can see the other side of mountain, and you can see a clear path. You will not know the answer to some things, a lot of things, actually, you will just know “serenity”
